Choose Your Duration
30-Minute Session | Quickest | $80*
Half-hour sessions for those who are on a time crunch, can only do therapy on their lunch break, or prefer brief maintenance check-ins.

-
Most cost effective option for those who may not be able to do weekly hourlong sessions.
-
May be helpful for those who are brand-new to therapy.
-
Great for neurodivergent folks who can only concentrate on a therapy session for so long!
60-Minute Session | Most Popular | $150*
Hourlong sessions that are not too long, not too short, but juuuust right. These can be conducted weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, or as needed.

-
More time to check-in on progress, process, and build skills.
-
For those who who prefer the traditional talk therapy hour.
-
Great for coping with long-term or chronic stress, depression, or anxiety.
90-Minute Session | Deep Dive | $215*
Ninety-minute sessions for those who prefer to "dig deep" and prefer a more thorough session. Best to grab a comfortable chair for this one.

-
Most helpful when addressing very recent emotional wounds, such as grieving a loss.
-
Great for processing sessions that may require more than an hour.
-
Recommended for those who need longer EMDR sessions.
*NOTE: Session rate increase starting January 1, 2025
Session rates will increase on January 1, 2025. The new rates are as follows:
-
30-minute session: $85
-
60-minute session: $160
-
90-minute session: $230
There will be no changes to the current late-cancellation or no-show fees.

This rate adjustment reflects changes in operational costs and ensures that I can continue to dedicate the time and resources needed for effective therapy services.
THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES FOR YOU
CBT
Ahhh, therapy's bread and butter. Cognitive Behavior Therapy addresses unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and helps us to build healthier ways of thinking and behaving so that we can adult better.

-
Beneficial in targeting unhelpful "spiral" thoughts.
-
Break unhealthy behaviors. Think: "What would a badass do?" and then execute.
-
Develop overall healthier coping skills. (How awesome would it be to only hit that snooze button once instead of a million times each morning?)

For more information on CBT, check out this article from the American Psychological Association.
DBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is probably my favorite therapy. If you're an adult overwhelmed with adulting and feel like you're failing at adulting, this is the one for you.

Great for anybody with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, borderline personality disorder, addictive behaviors, etc. We focus on four core skills:

-
Mindfulness - "I am aware and not judging this shit."
-
Distress Tolerance - "I am dealing with this shit."
-
Emotion Regulation - "I am changing this shit."
-
Interpersonal Effectiveness - "Respectfully, I take no shit."

I recommend dialecticalbehaviortherapy.com, a FANTASTIC resource for more information on DBT, exercises, and handouts.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a structured form of therapy designed by Francine Shapiro. It involves bilateral stimulation (BLS), a fancy way of saying that we activate both sides of the brain/body to better process traumatic memories.

-
EMDR is conducted in eight phases, which you can read more about in this article from the American Psychological Association.
-
Recommended session duration of 60 to 90 minutes.
-
Number of sessions needed often vary.
-
A great one to try if traditional talk therapy has not helped you heal from past trauma.
